My name is Jemonei, often nicknamed Jem, and I'm a digital artist and dietitian uni-student from Sweden! I'm quite the simple and boring person but if you for some reason want to know more about me, this is the page to read. ~

In your DM/mail please include a description of what type of order you are interested in + your mail adress (if it's not by mail already). ♣Description

⋆ Payment & process ⋆

♦ As stated in the TOS, I remain the right to take up to 3 months to finish any commissioned artwork. The 3 months start once the first payment has been received. Note that most commissions do not take me this amount of time to create but due to being a student I cannot work fulltime on commissions.♦ If you wish to have your artwork done by a specific time or date in a shorter timespan than 3 months, please specify that in the commission form. This will add on an extra priority fee on top of the original price.♦ My standard method of payment is 50% upfront and 50% once the final image is finished, where the image will be sent after the second half has been payed. I do however accept 100% payment upfront if you prefer that!♦ Payments are always sent as paypal invoices in USD (or SEK if you are a Swedish client). Invoices will always have a 10 day due date. If any payment is not received on time, the commission will be cancelled and/or the final image will not be sent.

⋆ Terms of service ⋆

♦ Commissioned art is for personal use only. I own all the rights to any piece created, and using any commissioned art for monetary gain or promotional use is prohibited.♦ If you want to order anything for commercial usage or other business inquiries, please contact me directly at [email protected]♦ I will only accept commissions through DM on referred social media or through mail directly.♦ I reserve any rights to decline a commission if I see fit or needed.♦ I also reserve any rights to decline any suggestions or requests for major/minor changes to the artwork during the commission process.♦ I have the rights to post your commissioned artwork to any of my social media, however if you wish to keep it private please state so in the commission form so I can make an exception.♦ I will have a maximum time period of 3 months to complete any commission, if you need your commissioned art within a specific time shorter than that, specify it in the form (any time requirments will add on a priority fee on top of the total price).♦ Since I retain the right to the 3 month period of finishing any artowrk, please do not rush me to finish it. It will not make me finish it faster. With that said feel free to always ask me how the process is going (but do not spam me), and I will do my best to reply if I can.♦ Estimated completion time will always depend on the style, size and complexity of the artwork.♦ Commissions will be done in the styles I currently offer. If you want a specific style I am open to discussing it, but do not ask me to copy another artist style.♦ I will not change or do any other form of commission type other than what has been requested in the original order.♦ Finished pieces will be sent as PNG files in their original HD quality through email. If you wish to have multiple sizes of the same artwork (ex: one HD version and a smaller for profile pics), or have any specific dimension/size requests, please specify it in the commission form.
You are allowed to post your commissioned artwork to your social media and/or use it as a profile picture. Any credits are much appriciated ♥♦ You are allowed to use the commissioned artwork as a desktop background or similar or print out physical copies as you please, but reselling it is prohibited.♦ If you use different email addresses for the commission form and payment, please include both in your contact info so I know which one to invoice, and which one to send the final art to.
